  • We offer both total athletic development programs and skill specific training such as improving sprint speed. Even with group training, we offer individual attention to identify weak points, correct form, and build on top of each client’s strengths.

  • Our coaches are experts in training youth teams. We build on your organization's core philosophies and customize each program to the sport and goals of the team.

Foundational Performance

  • This entry-level program is designed to build strong foundational elements of strength, speed, mobility, and most importantly, technique!

  • The program is most appropriate for 9-12 year olds. We have a max class size of 16.

Total Performance

  • The staple program at GPS for the total athlete.

    We evaluate strengths and weaknesses and then design a custom plan to get you to the next level.

    Please note that every athlete in this program, must first sign up for our mandatory three-day onboarding program to ensure the highest quality of training.

  • This program is most appropriate for ages 13 and up. The max class size is 16 per session.

GPS Speed

  • Our specialty program for athletes looking to get fast.

    We are one of the only facilities in the entire midwest to have a Shredmill and Run Rocket - equipment used by NFL players for combine prep.

    This program will help your technique and power output!

Team Training

  • We provide custom team training options for youth and high school sports organizations. Our staff is highly experienced in football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, rugby, and cheerleading.

  • Our team training program is for ages 9-18. The maximum class size is dependent on your roster.

Personal Training for Adults

  • The game isn’t over even if you’re retired! We offer personal and small group training for adults who are looking to get back into the best shape of their lives.

  • Adult personal training is for 16+. Classes are generally one on one with a trainer, but small group training up to four people is available upon request.
