Introduction

  1. Welcome to GPS Training, located in Orland Park, Illinois. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and facilities. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.

  1. User Agreement

    1. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use our facilities. Minors may participate with parental consent and supervision.

    2. Users agree to follow all safety and health guidelines provided by GPS Training.

  2. Membership & Fees

    1. Memberships are available for purchase and are subject to our membership agreement.

    2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  3. Liability & Safety

    1. Users assume all risk of injury while using GPS Training facilities and agree to not hold GPS Training or its employees liable for any injuries or damages.

    2. Any equipment damage or failure must be immediately reported to staff.

  4. Conduct

    1. Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. GPS Training reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

  5. Privacy Policy

    1. Personal information collected by GPS Training will be used for membership administration and communication purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  6. Termination

    1. GPS Training reserves the right to terminate any membership or access to its facilities for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

  7. Amendments

    1. These Terms may be updated periodically. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  8. Governing Law

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
